ISAB’s refining, gasification and electricity cogeneration plants, included in the petrochemical of Priolo Gargallo (Syracuse, Italy), represent one of the largest industrial sites in Europe and consist of three production sites interconnected each other through a system of pipelines. ISAB S.r.l. is last refinery built and started up in Italy.

Welcome in ISAB

From its birth the ISAB refinery strove to develop technologies that would allow for clean production of petrochemical products causing minimum negative impact possible through innovation and development.

Production

Over 50 different grades of Crude are considered for refinery planning on systematic basis. Main refinery products are Gasoline, Fuels, Petrochemicals (mainly Cumene), LPG and VGO.
